Request the validation of a digital offer

Available for the following profiles: Manager and Salesperson

Beforehand, the configuration regarding the users concerned must be operational. Take a look at the article on configuration.

1. As a salesperson, after creating the offer (including trade-in price + restoration costs + sold Used Vehicle), click on the Forward offer to manager button.

2. Select the name of the approver, add a comment if necessary and click on theForward offer to manager button.

The offer is pending approval, you can discuss with the manager via the instant messenger.

3. As a manager, via the notification, access the offer to approve it.

4. Click on the Process offer button 

5. Give your answer and click on the Send offer to salesperson button.

5. As a salesperson, via the notification, access your offer to continue the sales process.

Validation is only possible once. You can exchange via email. As a manager, you can re-intervene on the amounts proposed, directly in the offer.
