Inform the reconditioning costs in an estimated trade-in

Available for all profiles

While you're making a trade-in offer, you may estimate the reconditioning costs.

1. After the vehicle has been identified and valued, enter the Inspection of the vehicle tab , then click on the Itemise statement 

2. In the checklist, fill the required fields*

3. Validate the checklist by clicking on Save

 To detail each cost, you may use the catalogue of the reconditioning costs, provided that it is set. Consult the article Set the custom catalog of the reconditioning costs.

4. When the reconditioning cost's catalog is operational, enter the trade-in sheet of the vehicle, then click on Calculte the costs. 

• Inform the several costs lines with the different views of the vehicle 

• Click on the damage zone and select the action to do

• Add a damage picture

The cost is automatically added : 

 Tip :  Pictures of the vehicle can be replaced by inspected pictures of it.

Warning, if strikes has been already declared , they will be erased, but the costs lines  will be preserved. 

This function is also available on the smartphone application.
