How to declare a warranty on a sold vehicle ?

Once the sale is completed, you can, by using a guarantor, declare a warranty on a vehicle.

1- Click on the menu "Orders - Deliveries" 

2- Look for the purchase order by using the search area and the customer name or offer / order number

3- Open the order once found

4- In the submenu "Warranty statement", you should be able, if a guarantor has been set up, to declare your warranty

5- Once the Guarantor has been selected, you just need to click on "Declare" and fill in the information inside the pop-up that appeared

Important : Some browser (or ad-block software) might block the pop-up. Please make sure the pop-up has been authorized if you encounter any difficulties
